  1. Beam Waveguide Antenna

2320MHz (13cm) Slotted waveguide Ant.

Omnidirectional Sector Waveguide SLOT Antenna L and C Band (1296 & 2320 MHz) The slotted waveguide has achieved most of its success when used in an omnidirectional role. It is the simplest way to get a real 10dB gain over 360 degrees of beamwidth. Slot antennas are designed to work like a resonant radiator. This principle likens the slot antenna to a dipole. The main difference is that a dipole antenna has vertical and horizontal fields whereas a slot antenna has a rotated polarization. Pros of Slot Antennas.

The Slotted waveguide antenna is a Horizontally Polarized type antenna and light in weight.
3 Tuning screws are placed for tweaking the SWR and can be used to adjust the center frequency of your choice.
Each Slot antenna is supplied incl measurement plot from our RF network analyzer following your center frequency assignment.

  1. Proach to reflector antennas is desired, so slot array antennas have been investigated. For large arrays, identical row waveguide elements are attractive to min- imize cost and complexity in the antenna design, fabrication, and assem- bly. The longitudinal (shunt) slot resonant array with cosine-squared 'on.
  2. If the waveguide slot antenna is designed in this manner, then all of the slots can be viewed as being in parallel. Hence, the input admittance and input impedance for an N element slotted array can be quickly calculated: The input impedance of the waveguide is a function of the slot impedance.
